TRAMS AND PRAMS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —It. not being possible to' get back to the Exchange for the 4.23 north-bound tram, 1 waited along George street for it. Imagine my chagrin when the motorman took out his watch (it could not have been more than three minutes after the half-hour) and considered if he would take my pram. I would suggest that the League <>[ Mothers approach the City Council tor a more reasonable attitude as regards tbe time limit, especially during the summer months, and if it would not be possible for provision to bo made for prams—something similar to that used-on the hill trams. Oil! that wc had a Mussolini on the City Council.— I am, etc., Mother. November 28.
