FORGED PASSPORT

AUSTRALIAN FINED [Per United Press Association.! \ WELLINGTON, November 28. For'forging an application for a passport to leave New Zealand, Samuel Larapard, an Australian, described as a fruiterer and hawker, 38 of age, married, was fined £7 10s. The passport wanted was to England. Lampard was stated to have been in considerable trouble in Australia, serving one sentence of five years for conspiracy. He had been freed from prison in Australia two years and two days before his arrival in New Zealand in July. Had the two days been the other way round, he would have been a restricted immigrant.
