MAN AND WIFE DEAD Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, May 2. A shooting tragedy occurred at a dairy farm in the Minmi district, in the vicinity of Newcastle. Emanuel Foot, aged fifty-two, and his wife, aged forty-four, are dead. The latter was apparently killed first, the top of her head being blown offs The husband is reported to have committed suicide with a shotgun', a son witnessing his father’s act from the milking shed. The family consists of nine. The motive of the tragedy is not known.
