WAGE CLAIM SUIT FILM STAR INVOLVED Prem Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LOS ANGELES, March 10. (Received March 12, at 1 a.in.) • Barbara Stanwyck was named as codefendant to-day in a 3,500d0l wage claim suit, in which she is alleged to have induced Miss Elizabeth Curtis, of East Orange, New Jersey, to come West and live on a man and wife relationship with her father-in-law. The action also named Frank Fay. husband of Miss Stanwyck, and William Fay, his father, as co-defendants. Frank- Fay, who was interviewed, declared that neither he nor his wife nor his father had ever known Miss Curtis. “We do not know what it is ail about,'’ he said.
