THE SAMOAN VISIT Press Association — By Telegraph—Copyright. APIA, February C. The cruiser Karlsruhe sailed oh Monday evening for Honolulu, two days ahead of schedule. She returned to her anchorage outside the roadstead on Saturday morning. The programme for the entertainment of German residents was carried out, but the citizens’ hall on Monday night was cancelled. Her earlier departure was owing to her fuel oil being sufficient to reacli Honolulu, but any margin in excess was not sufficient to allow of cruising around outside the harbour and keeping up full steam in case of bad weather. The weather is now good.
