SOVIET MINISTER WARNS JAPAN RED ARMY VERY STRONG Press Association—By Telegraph—Copj-rigbt. MOSCOW, February 4. At the Communist Congress the Commissar for War (M. Voroshiloff) warned Japan that “war against ns will be long and hard and will cost dear to those who start it. During the past two years M. Stalin and the Central Committee have given their entire attention to strengthening the Far Eastern army. The Red Army is now the most highly mechanised force in the world.’'
