PRECAUTIONS IN BRITAIN , TRAFFIC BILL PROPOSALS. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright* RUGBY, January 30. It is understood that one proposal in the Government’s new Road Traffio Bill will restrict pedestrians to safety, zones when crossing busy streets. " The Government’s intention is also to use other measures to reduce road risks, and the help of newspapers, the broadcasting system, and film companies will probably be invited. The possibility of restricting some of the horse traffic in some of the busiest streets is under consideration, and the working of the automatic signalling system and its development are receiving attention.
