MODEL YACHT RACES

The Vauxhall Model Yacht Club held a series of cup races on Saturday, the course being from the sheds at Vauxhall to the Rowing Club’s pavilion. At fclio commencement of the races a fresh south-west wind was 'blowing, but after half the course had been completed the wind veered round to the south, and gradually fell away. In the second class race Maud was placed first, Imp second, and Priscilla third. The first class race resulted: Siloam 1, Pansy 2, Reverie 3.
