(Received January 25, at 11.25 a.m.) The ‘ Board of Trade Journal ’ shows that retail trade in Britain increased by 4.1 per cent, in December following increases of 0.6 per cent, in October, and 2.8 per cent, in November. The journal says: “It seems probable that the rise indicates real expansion. •
