PEKING, January 24, (Received January 25, at, 11 a.m.) Official advices confirm the report that Sun Tien-Ying’s troops, who have been steadily pushing on towards Ninghsia, the capital of Ninghsia province, have now occupied Likangpu, thirteen miles northward of their goal. The situation in Ninghsia is described as very grave, and the fall of the city appears to be imminent.
