DR INAZO NITOBE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VICTORIA (British. Columbia), October 15. Dr Inazo Nitobe, Japan’s last representative to the League of Nations and delegate to the Institute of Pacific Relations at Banff, died to-night, following a month’s illness, with complications following pneumonia.
