SOVIET PROTESTS TO HANCHUKUO Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW, September 15. (Received September 16, at 1.20 p.m.) Tho Soviet has protested to Manchukuo regarding bandit raids on the Chinese Eastern Railway, demanding urgent measures for the release of passengers captured on September 9, when a train was wrecked and looted near Pogranitchnaya. The passengers and the crew wore kidnapped, sixty passengers, including women and children, being carried to the hills.
