The swiftness of Russian justice was revealed in the case of a workers’ ferry boat, which capsized a fortnight ago in the river Oka, at Nijninovgorod, drowning twenty-four persons. Two boatmen were sentenced to-day to ten years’ imprisonment for negligence.
