FRENCH AIR MINISTER IN RUSSIA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW, September 15. (Received September 16, at 1.30 p.rn.) M. Litvinoff and high aviation officials enthusiastically welcomed M. Cot (French Air Minister), bands playing the 1 Internationale ’ and the ‘ Marseillaise.'
The ‘ Red Star,’ the organ of the War Commissariat, hails the visit as another link strengthening FrancoRussian relations, and “ another proof of the success of our peace policy, which is creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the world.”
