DEATH AND DESTRUCTION
SEVERE MONSOON Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CALCUTTA, September 2. The death roll was added to yesterday when sixteen persons were hilled by a collapsing veranda in Alwar during a religious ceremony.
