SHIPPING FREIGHTS REDUCED NEW AGREEMENT COMPLETED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 29. (Received August 30, at 10.5 a.m.) New three years’ freight agreements respecting New Zealand meat and dairy produce have been completed. Tho rates have been substantially reduced. Full details have been cabled to the respective boards. [The above message is confirmed locally by those concerned in the export trade, it being understood that the freight reduction is per cent.]
