The weekly meeting of the Silver Star Temple, 1.0.G.T., was held in the Radiant Health Room. Sister Phyllis Rackley, C.T., was in the chair, and Sister Mrs Rayner, superintendent,_ was in charge. Two candidates were initiated. Bro. 15. J. South, A.S.J.W., spoke to the members on the methods adopted by athletes when in training, and lie also gave an interesting lecture on temperance. The superintendent reported that good progress was being made with the play rehearsals, also the club class conducted by Mr Lydiate. Members later took part in a potato relay race, the winners of the different heats to compete next meeting. A vote, of sympathy was passed with the superintendent in her illness*-
