BRIDEGROOM HAD SWALLOWED FALSE TEETH

MELBOURNE, August 18. An extraordinary and untimely accident caused a suburban wedding to be postponed for two hours last night. The prospective bridegroom was having his last meal as a bachelor when lie had the misfortune to break his false teeth in halves. What might have been merely an unfortunate nuisance was made serious by the fact that he •wallowed them. He was rushed to the Alfred Hospi tal and from there was sent to the Eve and Ear Hospital, where an X-ray examination revealed the broken denture lodging in his stomach. He was redirected to the Alfred Hospital, In spite of the misfortune he determined that the ceremony should take place, and the marriage was performed at a private house in Malvern at 9.45.
