JOSEPH HARRIMAN INDICTED FALSE ENTRIES IN BOOKS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW WORK, April 6, (Received April 7, at 11 a.in.) Joseph Harriman, former head of the Harriman National Bank and Trust Company, was indicted on Thursday by the Federal grand jury on charges of making and causing to bo made fourteen false entries in tho books of the bank. Harriman was previously arrested on a Federal warrant charging him with similar offences. The bank did not open after the bank holiday, being placed in the hands of the conservator.
