(Received September 27, at 11 a.m.) At Pasadena Vines to-day filed an application for a license to marry Miss Verle Low, a former junior college classmate. The marriage will take place on October 1. They will go to Sail Francisco following the wedding and embark for Australia there. Vines gave his age as twenty, and promised to have bis mother, Mrs Caroline Vines, sign the application. Miss Low is twenty-one years of age.
