MAKES ANOTHER SALARY CUT. TORONTO, September 22. The ‘ Evening Telegram ’ states that the Canadian Pacific Railway directorate has decided on a 10 per cent, cut in the salaries of all officials throughout the system. There was a similar cut six months ago. Hie new reduction means a loss of one-fifth ol salaries.
