(Received September 24, at 9 a.m.) The ‘Daily Express’ says:—“Plans have been practically completed for the formation of a gigantic combine of British trust companies. Its main objects are to protect investors’ interests and to fight any attempts to interfere with the rights' and security of holders. Nearly 200 companies, holding securities valued at over £300,000,000, are concerned. The Provisional Committee includes some of the most influential financiers in Britain. Mr W, K. Wigham is the chairman.”
