Wo Lave received a copy of ‘ Alpine Sport,’ the official monthly publication, of tlie Alpine Sports Club, Auckland. A groat revival in tramping is evident, and mountaineering is greatly increasing in popularity in the dominion, so that anything pertaining to theso sports will be read with interest and have a stimulating effect. This issue contains a beautiful view of the Clinton River from the I’ompalona huts.
