(Received January 21, .at 9 a.m.) The activities of an international syndicate engaged in smuggling immigrants and opium into America has received a setback by the Chinese Customs seizing the yacht Marbella outside Macao following her successful trip to Mexico flying the, Panama flag, although she had come under the observation of American aeroplanes and warships. The Marbella’s crew included several Americana.
