Sir, —May I bo permitted the use of vonr columns to convey to the Ocean Beach Scouts and the residents of St. Kilda my sincere thanks for the wonderful response to my appeal f<Vr Christmas cheer. The hundreds of articles ot clothing, food, groceries, etc., winch were given far exceeded my most sanguine hopes, and will be the means of bringing joy into many homes at this time.
