ARBITRATION COURT'S DECISION [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, December 18. The Arbitration Court announced tew day that no orders would be made re* garding the applications of waterside workers’ unions throughout the dominion for exemption from the general order for a 10 per cent, reduction in the award rate of wages. A similar decision is announced in the Tally; Clerks’ Union’s application for exemption.
