NOVEL DIVORCE COURT CASE [Pee United Peess Association.] AUCKLAND, December 10. “ Wo find in practice that, in cases where husbands remarry, it is becoming increasingly difficult to ensure that the wife and children got maintenance/’ said counsel in the Divorce Court when applying ,on behalf of a wife for judicial separation on the ground of misconduct. The application was made in this form because the wife might find it difficult to obtain maintenance for herself and her three children if the husband were free to marry again. Mr J ustice. Reed, observing that it was a rare proceeding, granted the order.
