This is the stirring dramatic situation which Kay Francis and Paul Cayanagh enact in ‘ Transgression,’ coming on Friday to the Octagon Theatre. The film is a dramatic thunderbolt of conflicting passions of a woman thrust suddenly into the whirlpool of giddy society and tempted by a. new love. Rich comedy, witty dialogue, excellent acting, imaginative direction make ‘Third Time Lucky’ really good entertainment. it is also coming to the Octagon on Friday. Bobby Howes makes his first talkie appearance in this film, and with Gordon Harker in a characteristic role, _ puts oyer a ludicrous story in amazing fashion.
