SIR JOSIAH STAMP’S REPORT Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright. WINNIPEG, May 4. (.Received May 5, at 12.35 p.m.) A despatch from Ottawa states that the report of Sir Josiah Stamp, which was presented to the Prime Minister, recommends the continuance of trading in grain futures as necessary to the handling of crops, but urges greater Government control in grain exchange operations.
