(Received May 4, at 10 a.m.) The ‘ Dispatch ’ says that Court circles anticipate that the Queen will preside alone at the Courts on May 19 and 20. She may be escorted by the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York. Although the King is able to go out of doors, it cannot bo said when he will resume State activities. It is understood that the Prince of Wales will deputise at many important functions.
