Three months’ imprisonment on eacH charge, concurrent, was imposed today by Mr M'Neil, S.M., on Clara Rose Kennedy, aged thirty-eight, married, with two children, charged with stealing a dress and a fur coat valued at :220, also with being idle j and disorderly, liaving insufficient lawful means of support. It was explained that Kennedy was bne of three who broke into the premises of Barber add Co., dyers and cleaners, and stole a quantity of goods, the other two having been dealt with already, but the accused had absconded to Auckland, wher© she was arrested a few days ago.
