WOOL SALE
SMALL CATALOGUE ON OFFER The first Dunedin wool sale of the 1930-31 season was held in Burns Hall this afternoon, when a catalogue of 10,454 bales, the smallest catalogue offered at a first sale for many years, was on offer. The lateness of the Season may bo accountable to some extent for the" small catalogue, but there is not much doubt that a good deal of wool has been, withheld in the hope of better prices materialising later. , The following is the order of sale and the quantity offered by each of the selling firms;— Bales.
