It was alleged that Lady Eves struck and abused the plaintiff, complaining of i;he neglect of three dogs boarded at her kennels during Lady Eves’s honeymoon Sir Charles Eves was jointly sued on the ground of the husband’s responsibility for his wife’s torts.
