THE SHARE MARKET DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. At this morning’s meeting of the Stock Exchange sales were reported in Colonial Sugars at £3l 5s and King Solomon’s Mines at Is. A sale was also made during the call in Okaritos at 7s. A change came over the banking and insurance section, as the only quotations were from buyers. Kaitangata Coals were still wanted at 3s discount. There was a buyer of British Tobaccos at £1 12s, but no seller. For Paper Mills 19s was offered, but the seller’s quote was 19s 9d. The quote . for New Zealand Breweries was: Buyer,,£2 3s 6d; seller, £2 4s 6d. Waihis were wanted at 15s and Junctions. at 2s Id, but sellers did not quote for either. King Solomon’s Mines were inquired for at lOd, and were available at Is Id. 1938 and 1939 Government Bonds were on offer at £IOO 2s 6d, but did not meet with any inquiry.
