HAD OWNED MILLIONS NEW YORK, August 27. A notable death yesterday was that of Henry Siegel, seventy, a one-time merchant prince and head of a great stores corporation. Reverses, since tlio war took his fortune, estimated at £5,000,000, until in .the end he was penniless. He told friends that his greatest ambition was to die, and lie died quite happily. . . Two titled daughters survive bun, Lady Cavendish, of London, and Countess Carlo de Frasco, of Paris. ,
