If necessary the trains would have to stop.” The seriousness of the situation in regard to Lake Coleridge has impressed itself upon tho heads of many business concerns in the city, and steps are being taken by several firms to arrange for a supply of power in the event of the lake failing completely. In some cases traction engines and motoi tractors have been arranged for, tho idea being to use these to drive the shafting in factories.
