Allen, president of tho Royal College of Music, London, and a member of the Associated Board of the R.A.M. and the R.C.M. He is on his way back to England after a visit to Australia, but he will not bo leaving the dominion until Tuesday next. In. the meantime ho will nay a flying visit to Auckland. He will return to Wellington at the week-end.. and from then until his departure will bo the guest of their Excellencies at Government House.
