AUSTRALIA'S CHIEF DELEGATE MR FENTON ON HIS WAY HOME {Pm» United Press Association.! AUCKLAND, June 16. The Naval Pact was a good one ad far as the Pacific nations were concerned, said the Hon. J, E. Fenton, the Australian delegate at the conference, who is returning by the Aorangi, “It appears to me that there should be nothing to trouble us in the Pacific before 1935. Much depends on France. If France goes in for a big building programme, Britain will be compelled to follonj suit.” Mr Fenton, who is the. Federal Minister of Trade and Customs, today met the Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle and Mr Craig (Comptroller of Customs! and discussed with them trade relationships. He expressed the opinion that few difficulties lay in the way of a more satisfactory arrangement;
