The American delegates to the London Naval Conference arrived and were received by officials. They received an invitation to luncheon with President * Hoover to-morrow, after which they will discuss with him the full details of the agreement. White House has indicated that President Hoover will send the treaty to the Senate as soon as it is discussed fully with the delegates. The delegates, who received a. more or less colourless and quiet reception from great crowds, delivered brief addresses at the City Hail to the public and tiie Press.
