SUMMER CUP TO ROYAL DOULTON The Auckland Racing Club’s Summer Meeting was continued at Ellerslic yesterday in fine weather. There .was a largo attendance, and the track was in good order. The totalisator receipts for the day were £72,075. compared with £44,311 for the corresponding day of last year, an increase of £27,761. The total receipts for the first two days were £193,494, as against £140,094 10s for the first two days last year. Detailed results:— FERGUSSON HANDICAP, lOOsovs. Im. s—Mr T. Sea. Song, Pedestal, and Mon Star got away quickly, and led across the top from Nassau Lady, Calaris, and Prince of Orange. Nassau Lady was first at the turn from Sea Song, Pedestal, and Duellona, and the latter put in a fast run to win by a neck, with a neck between second and third. Prince of Orange was fourth.
