GOVERNMENT SUCCESS REPORTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SHANGHAI, October 27. (Received October 28, at 10.30 a.m.) The Feng Yu-hsinng rebellion is believed to have been crushed. The Government forces effected a coup in the Loyang district, the rebels’ stronghold.
