Ho lias spent the last two days quietly in the interior of the Quebec province, taking tho opportunity, however, of inspecting industrial developments, notably those in connection with newsprint and water power. He sails from Quebec to-morrow evening for Liverpool. He will address tho Canadian Club to-day. This is his last public engagement in Canada.
