PHOSPHATES FROM WALPOLE. The Noumean steamer Gommandont Destremau, 2,275 tons, was due at Port Chalmers this afternoon from Lyttelton to put out phosphates from Walpole Island. BROCKABECK FOR CLEANING. The steamer Brockabeck was expected to leave Bluff this afternoon for Port Chalmers to dock for cleaning and painting. MOVEMENTS. LYTTELTON, October 19.—Arrived: Wahine (6.40 a.m.), from Wellington; Waikouaiti (7.5 a.m.), from Timaru; Breeze (7.40 a.m.), from Timarn; Katoa (8.40 a.m.), from Westport.
