The Waipiata cam© in this morning from Auckland via ports to unload a quantity of general cargo. She was to sail again late this afternoon for BlulF to complete discharge. The vessel returns on Tuesday to load for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. To-day the Kahika. leave Napier for Dunedin direct. She is now duo on Monday to load and sail the same day for Napier and Gisborne via ports. The VVingatui was to leave Auckland to-day with general cargo for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. To-morrow the Calm is expected up from Bluff to load and sail in tlio evening for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. • A wireless message from the aiotapu, en route from Los Angeles via Papeete, states that she will arrive at Auckland early to-morrow morning. She discharges at Auckland, Melbourne, and'Sydney.' THE FERRY SERVICE. The Maori, from Wellington,_ arrived at Lyttelton at 6.55 this morning, and passengers and mails for the south connected with the express. wAiruna with merchandise. It is expected that the steamer Wairuna will reach Lyttelton on September 3 from Los Angeles. She is carrying general merchandise, oil, and lumber for discharge at Lyttelton, Dunedin, Nelson, New Plymouth, and -Wellington.,

WAIKOUAITI FROM SYDNEY. The Union Company advises that the steamer _ Waikouaiti, from Sydney direct, is due here about 1 p.m. tomorrow to unload cargo. RIMUTAKA’S RADIO MESSAGE. A radio message from the- steamer Rimutaka states that she will arrive at Auckland to-morrow afternoon from London and Southampton. She has on board passengers and cargo for New Zealand. KARETU TO LOAD. The Union Company’s steamer Karetu is to leave Sydney about August 22 -with cargo for discharge at Lyttelton, Timaru, Dujiedin, and Bluff. ARRIVING BY THE TAINUI.
