GIANT FLYING BOATS
ITALY ORDERS TWO (?) LOXDOX, July IP. The correspondent of the Eoudiffn ‘Times’ in Berlin reports that the Italian Under-Secretaiy for Air, General Balbo, had a (light of thirty minutes in the twelve-engined Dornier flying boat, of which type a second :s nearing completion. It is reported that the Italian Government, has ordered two similar machines. At a recent trial the Hying boat, with twenty-six persons on board, rose from the water in 2osec. Jt is designed to carry 10U passengers.
