Tho Japanese steamer Ugo Mam, which was proceeding to ilie fisheries, is reported to have been burnt off the shore of Kamchatka. It is ieared that the crew ot 700, of whom lorty-threc were Japanese and tho remainder Russians, have been lost, bat this present not confirmed- —Australian Press Association.
