The Soviet Press reiterates that tho next move rests with the British Government. The 1 Izvcstia ’ is insist ing that trade development is exclusively dependent upon tdio resumption of normal diplomatic relations. Trade must not he allowed to bo dependent on party struggles, Britain’s difficulties with her dominions or colonies, or upon tho failure of British diplomacy in China or Afghanistan. —Australian Press Association.
