(Received March G, at 1 p.m.) General Higgins announced that Commissioner Henry Mapp has been appointed chief of staff. Commissioner Mapp, with Commissioners Mitchell, Hurren, Laurie, Lamb, Jeffries, and Unsworth, are forming a commission to impure into the best method of holding the Army’s property assets in Britain.—Australian Press Association-United Service.
