Poincare and the German Ambassador, Herr Hoescb, have agreed on the constitution of tho Experts’ Reparations Committee and the terms of reference. The Berlin correspondent of 1 The Times’ states that the Emclka Film Producing Company, in which the German Government proposes to acquire a controlling interest, is issuing as a portion of its ‘ News Gazette ’ a series of diagrams illustrating tho reparations burden. A German is shown pushing a barrow of constantly increasing size, and tables give the payments paid and those to be paid.
