INCREASE IN RATES TO AUSTRALIA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, MELBOURNE, December 20. (Received December 20, at 12.30 p.m.) The Federal authorities and the shipping representatives, commenting on the cabled report of increases in freights, point out that no change is likelv in the rates on goods going to Britain. The increases refer only to outward rates.
